Ahmedabad, India: Dixit Group, through its real estate arm Dixit Infraspace, plans to raise approximately ₹500 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to finance upcoming projects and expand its presence across India.
According to Pavan Sharma, Group Director, the fundraising will support the company's development of resort villas, managed farmland, and premium real estate projects across multiple cities.
As part of its expansion strategy, Dixit Group plans to launch 10 resort villa and managed farmland projects, targeting growing demand for lifestyle properties, second homes, and real estate investments.
The company aims to achieve ₹5,000 crore in assets under management (AUM) within five years and establish approximately 50 properties across India.
The planned expansion is also expected to generate up to 10,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities across real estate, hospitality, construction, and property management.
Dixit Group is engaging with family offices, investment funds, and venture capital firms to explore financing partnerships and attract strategic investors.
The proposed NCD issuance is expected to strengthen the company's financial resources and support its project pipeline without diluting equity ownership, subject to applicable regulations and issuance terms.
With its ambitious fundraising and development plans, Dixit Group aims to establish a significant presence in India's evolving real estate market while contributing to economic growth and employment generation.
